Liliputas is a Lithuanian semi-hard fermented cheese manufactured by the country's oldest Belvederio Cheese Dairy. Made from pasteurised cow's milk, it is handmade and is ripened naturally.

Liliputas appears to have a smooth rind and comes with a waxed surface to help preserve the lactic acid, fresh flavour and aroma that is characteristic of fermented cheeses. It yields a homogeneous, elastic and quite firm texture. Cream to yellow in colour, the cheese  is matured for at least a month before being sold in the market. It is a fatty cheese with 50% in fat content.
