Maytag Blue
Maytag Blue is semi-hard, blue-veined cheese made from unpasteurised cow’s milk in the state of Iowa in the United States. This slightly tangy cheese is aged for six months and made in limited quantities with traditional curing methods, ensuring only the best quality.
Humboldt Fog
Made in the sunny region of Arcata, California, the Humboldt Fog cheese is made from pasteurised goat’s milk and is available in various wheel sizes. It is semi-soft, white and has a tangy, sweet and lemony taste with an ash rind.
Dunbarton Blue
Created in the American state of Wisconsin, Dunbarton Blue is a unique kind of American cheese that breaks all preconceived ideas about blue cheese. It is a hybrid between a cheddar with blue-green veins. While it is classified as blue cheese, this American variety is more early after being aged for three months and does not have the flavour profile of a classic blue-veined cheese.
