Organic Wild Garlic is a seasonal cheese from Käserebellen, made from daily-fresh organic hay-milk processed on organic farms in the valley of the Großes Walsertal, the forest of the Bregenzerwald and the Bavarian Allgäu. This "allergy friendly" cheese is 100% GMO-free and without fermented foodstuffs. It is a naturally ripened, semi-hard cheese with a natural fat content.  In spring, wild garlic is added to the milk to give the cheese spicy, fresh spring flavour. The cheese is ripened for at least 10 weeks.
