Kapiti Kikorangi, meaning sky blue in Maori, is a Kiwi blue cheese produced by Kapiti Brands NZ Ltd (a subsidiary of Fonterra). Kapiti Kikorangi Triple Cream Cheese has a golden curd and a rich texture with blue veins distributed evenly throughout.
