Wakatipu White is a double cream brie cheese from New Zealand made by the Gibbston Valley Cheese Company. Made using Jersey milk, this Brie features a distinct soft white bloomy rind and a deep yellow buttery interior when fully matured. Best enjoyed at room temperature, the cheese goes well with Central Otago fruit on the cheeseboard.
