Le Conquerant Camembert is a soft, hand-made cheese specially made for Will Studd by the Graindorge dairy in the Pays d’Auge region in Normandy, France. Made from pasteurized cow's milk, traditional cultures, moulds and yeasts. The cheese comes wrapped in wax paper and packed in a box to create an environment that will aid in its ripening. Le Conquerant Camembert is best enjoyed when the chalky centre breaks down to a fudgy texture with hints of truffle, wet straw and cauliflower.
