Black Pearl is a hand-shaped, artisan goat’s milk cheese made by BoatShed Cheese based in Mornington Peninsula, Melbourne, Australia. This wonderful cheese features a wrinkled rind dusted with vine ash. When young the inside part of cheese is light and fresh and becomes more firm as it ages.
