Milawa Affine is a fresh chèvre prepared from 100% goat's milk and protected with a fine coating of merlot grapevine ash. This traditional method of preserving the chèvre allows the cheese to develop flavours that are more complex as well as cut the acidity of the cheese.

The white moulded, pyramid chèvre has delicate flavours that go well with crisp whites and dry white wines.
