Keltic Gold is a semi-hard, hand-made cheese made from pasteurized Cornish cow's milk, produced by Whalesborough Farm Foods near Bude, UK. During maturation, the cheese is dipped in cider (unfiltered apple juice) and washed three times a week that develops apple overtones and a distinctive edible orange rind. 

Keltic Gold has won many awards, including gold medals at the Great Taste Awards in 2011, 2013, 2014, Speciality Cheese Nantwich International Cheese Show 2011, Super Gold at World Cheese Awards 2012 & 2014.
