Legato is a Camembert-based soft pasteurized cow's milk cheese made by Andante Dairy in California, United States. It is aged for a minimum of three weeks during which the taste becomes quite strong while texture softens. The full-flavoured Legato pairs well with light red wines, dry Rosé wines, and Lager or Saison beers. You can also choose to go with Brut Sparkling wines.
