The City Goat
The City Goat is a hand-made cheese made from fresh goat milk, made by Zingerman’s Creamery based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, US. The milk is pasteurized at a low temperature that helps to retain its typical goaty flavour. A round shaped cheese is light and airy when fresh and firm, crumbly when aged. It has a mild and sweet taste with a very little hint of tanginess. The cheese can be used as an appetizer. It also goes well with roasted red pepper, pesto, honey or toasted almonds.
